Meet Dylan – 3MG Roofing Originally from Loma Linda, California, I made the move to Florida in pursuit of new opportunities, personal growth, and the chance to expand my horizons. What started as a new chapter has become something I truly enjoy, and I've grown to love calling Florida home. I graduated from Oakwood University in 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, an experience that strengthened my passion for connecting with people, building relationships, and communicating effectively. Those skills have become an important part of how I approach my work and interact with homeowners every day. My professional journey in the home improvement industry began in Loma Linda, where I spent eight months working for Green Leaf, a remodeling company. Through dedication, hard work, and a commitment to learning, I worked my way up and earned the opportunity to become the next manager. That experience gave me valuable insight into home improvement, customer service, and the importance of putting homeowners first. After relocating to Florida, I continued building my experience with three months at Apex Roofing, where I developed my knowledge of the roofing industry and gained hands-on experience working directly with homeowners. I eventually brought that experience to 3MG, where I've continued to grow professionally and build upon the foundation I've established throughout my career. What I believe truly sets me apart is my approach to people. I'm naturally outgoing, approachable, and passionate about creating positive experiences. Homeowners often appreciate my professionalism, easygoing personality, and positive energy. I believe every conversation should feel genuine, every question deserves an answer, and every homeowner deserves to feel comfortable and informed before making an important decision about their home.
